Maria Del Rosario Millé is a partner at Estudio Millé in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and an invitee professor at several Argentinean law schools. She focuses her law practice on personal data protection, and privacy law, as well as business law, patent, copyrights and trademarks, and consumer rights.

She assists companies in drafting personal data privacy policies and addressing data security matters according to local regulations. She also  counsels companies in the preparation of registration with the enforcement authority as data controllers responsible for maintaining data banks, and attending to the annual renewals and updates. She provides advice and personal guidance to businesses in case of an investigation or an inspection.

Ms. Millé provides assistance to companies with respect to e-commerce. She drafts terms and conditions or policies, prepares the necessary documentation for registrations before administrative branches in Latin America, and drafts contracts with consumers, visitors, customers, vendors, and content providers.
