Martín Pesce Cutri leads the data privacy team in Ferrere, in Montevideo (Uruguay). He is also a member of the IP team. Mr. Cutri has advised the Uruguayan Government on processes for adjusting to the new regulatory framework on personal data protection and access to public information. He advises numerous multinational companies operating in Uruguay on defining their policies for managing personal data and information assets. He is also involved in IP negotiations and agreements. Recently, he was responsible for handling image rights assignment and sponsorship agreements involving well-known players on the Uruguayan national soccer team who participated in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, and 2011 South American Championship.

Mr. Cutri frequently participates in academic events and speaks on personal data protection. He is the author of numerous specialized articles for national and international publications. Mr. Cutri received his degree as attorney in 2005 from the Universidad de la República (Uruguay).
