Richard Otevrel is an attorney at Havel & Partners in Prague (Czech Republic). At Havel & Partners, Mr. Otevrel leads a team providing comprehensive legal services in the area of personal data and privacy protection, including legal aspects of transferring data out of the EU, processing of sensitive personal data, video surveillance techniques, and monitoring of employees.
