Marco Antonio Agnoletti is an attorney at Estudio Millé in Buenos Aires. He focuses his practice on personal data protection, and privacy law, as well as copyright and trademarks, business law and consumer rights.
He assists companies in drafting personal data privacy policies and addressing data security matters according to local regulations; he also counsels companies in the preparation of registration with the enforcement authority as data controllers responsible for maintaining data banks. He provides advice and guidance to businesses in case of an investigation or an inspection. He also provides assistance to local and foreign companies with respect to business matters, such as contracts, licensing, Intellectual property (IP), and e-commerce. He drafts terms and conditions, policies, prepares the necessary documentation for registrations before administrative branches in Latin America, and drafts contracts with consumers, visitors, customers, vendors, and content providers.
