Richard Otevřel is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners in Prague (Czech Republic). Mr. Otevrel specializes in intellectual property and industrial property law, IT, personal data protection, general issues of EU law, and public regulation. His transactional practice include protection of designs and trademarks including enforcement, technology transfers in science and research, commercial aspects of software license agreements and implementation contracts, public regulation of electronic communications, consumer protection, public procurement and concession agreements.
